7 hours sleep in 48hours

BUT

That didnt stop me doing alot today

I got all the housework I needed done, and sorted out the daycare making a list of the items  I have to get by Monday

This morning kids had arts and crafts
Scissors
Glue
Glitter Glue
paper
pens and pencils

This is what the kids did, and they loved it spent 2 hours doing it while I sorted a whole lot of paperwork

Once they are dry they will go on their walls

Then the kids got to make their own dinner tonight.

They need skills in life and what is the best way to teach them those, hands on.

So tonight they had
a grated
knife
butter
cheese
toastie machine
bread

So here you go

So even though I had pretty much no sleep I still got everything I wanted done and still going

My potato bake

Ok i dont use a recipe for my potato bake as i wing it most of the time, but this was the first time it actually worked lol.

right this is what i used for tonights one

5 new potatoes
1 onion
mixed herbs
garlic salt
grate cheese lots of it
eggs I used 6 eggs
milk (about 3tablespoons)

  1. sliced potatoes thinly and layered bottom of dish with potato
  2. sprinkled herbs and garlic salt over the top
  3. place sliced onion over the potatoes
  4. added grated cheese

Repeat till you get the amount of layers you like, my top layer was 3rd layer of potato i think this is enough for 4 people.

On the top layer of potato

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk beat till mixed in
  2. Pour egg mixture over top of the potatoes
  3. sprinkle your desired amount of grated cheese on top
I baked this in the oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for an hour the top was getting a good golden brown so i placed tin foil over top and cooked it for another 15mins (could of done with another 15mins but still tasted good).

Judge the baking of it as you chose, soft potatoes and golden brown on top.

Of course you can add things
i normally use a paprika aswell in between the layers, you dont have to add cheese to each layer, be creative and enjoy...

This lot fed 2 adults and 2 kids and hubby took some to work tonight...

So creamy and YUMMY

I make it

Ok well today i went to make pancakes for Dakota for lunch since Lukas was asleep...

She wanted to do it, so i let her put the ingredients together and stir, she wasnt allowed to use the pan while they were cooking, she cant reach well enough and i dont really want burns...but of course she wanted to put her spread on herself too..
