Out at the park

Well today after lunch I decided to take the kids across the road for a play at the park, only planned on being there for 30min to an hour instead we were there for 2.5hours, best time yet.  The kids had a blast, was a little chilly in the shade.

While we were heading out I thought what the hell ill take my camera too, got some nice shots of the kids

As I was heading out the door I saw the kids holding hands waiting for me, so cute

The kids had a blast thats for sure, there was alot of kids there today.  But they mainly played with each other for the first 1.5hours then went and played with others.

Lazy week make up

Well this week I have been very very lazy, working then just not doing any housework that needed doing, my house was a bombsite I was so ashamed and no excuse really as I had time to sit on the computer so I actually had time to clean my house up a bit.

But today i did the wash-house, bathroom, kitchen/dining room and lounge

 So after 4 hours I got all that done, kids played outside with boxes, balls and turning boxes into slides, so cause they were so well behaved and stayed outside playing I promised them a play at the park, so off we went while the floors were drying.

 So now I'm going to work real hard after work and get my house sorted before getting on the computer...

Cant be doing this every weekend when its time to spend time with the kids

This afternoon we headed out for some fun.

While Damian and the kids were playing a new game of hide and seek, more like run, hide and scream seek lol.

Headed outside to pump up the pool which Dakota wanted to do

Lukas decided to do some drums

And then Dakota wanted some funny photos with daddy...(yup fingers went up the nose lol)

There was a lovely one to start with :)

After that we headed to the park for a play

Damian and I got on the well its like a seesaw but dont, I dont know the name of it.

The kids joined us then had their own turn lol 

Time to climb something the kids have never tried before and Dakota did well, Lukas well he got help lol

Of course when you get to the top you got to try out the fireman pole

Then it was home time for a treat and ice block and fill up the pool, well I dont think alot of pool filling happened but there were 4 wet people afterwards.. 

For dinner it was grated carrot, cheese, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, beetroots with homemade meat patties on bread, kids had a blast learning to use tongs and making their own dinner they actually ate a decent amount and then chocolate afterwards.

Now they are having a shower and will get ready for bed :)

So overall it was a good day
