December is almost here

3hours and 45mins from when i start this post lol.

Summer is fully here though and im LOVING it.

The day started with the two kiddies cuddling on the couch.

SOOOO CUTE!!!!!

Started off the day with a walk to the vege shop and back again then took Dakota to Gym

She loves going to gym and today even did a beam on her own, no holding my hands, i couldn't believe it, my girl is getting so big now.  Next week is the last week for the year and Santa will be there, its a dress up day, theme is beach.  So the camera WILL be going with me as they get a certificate at the end of the session.  She can take a friend who is 2 and over, but we dont really have anyone of that age that doesn't already have something else on.

We got home and the kids played outside and had fun, we ended up putting the fence up between our houses again cause the kids wouldnt listen and kept disappearing into each others yards, so we have now put a stop to that. 

We hadnt had tv on all day so that was nice, and Dakota saw a christmas tree on the tv and said "pretty tree" so we went and got our christmas tree to put up, Dakota got very excited over it.

 So after i got the tree up, we let her put on what she wanted, she didnt like that it kept falling down and wanted the lights on so we have told her it will be done tonight and when she wakes up the lights will be on.  I wonder if this is why she went to sleep with no fight, or she was just tired lol.

After the tree it was time to go play outside well eat dinner then play.

For Lukas's party we hired 3 toys from toyhire and we have them till friday so the kids are making use out of them.

We got a rollercoaster, slide and seesaw.

 Of course we had to get videos of the rollercoaster being used.

Yes you saw right, Blizzard is out, she has been out since Sat, she is loving it, so we have now moved her hutch to where she likes to hang out and that is under the deck.  She knows where it is so that is good.

In summer what sound to you hear the most, Mr Whippy?  yup he is up and down our street most days, so today we decided to get an ice-cream and she if they are Gluten free, what do you know they are, Dakota can have the ice-cream in a cup, with nothing else, so we put sprinkles on it for her.  This is Lukas very first ice cream too, and he did pretty well.

I looked at the time and it was 6.45pm, WOW 15mins till bedtime, so off for a bath they went then it was bedtime, Dakota was asleep before 7.30pm and Lukas 7.45pm.

So now it will be time to get the christmas sorted in this house.

This is the last post for NaBloPoMo as November is over today.  Im not joining in on the December one as i wont be able to blog everyday as i will be in OZ.

*whispers* "it is now 3hours to go till 1st December"

Zoo Time

Yup it was another sunday funday and off to the zoo we went.

Not much to tell as everyone knows what a zoo is lol.  Dakota was so well behaved and Lukas was still not 100% as he was teething, but he enjoyed some of the animals.

Too Drunk to Blog

Hi all, this is Sharlenes husband Damian, Sharlene has been on the piss tonight, and is very very drunk so hasnt been able to blog about our sunday funday at the zoo, so will update everyone tommorow.

Its PARTY time

Well today was the party for our big boy.

The poor little man was so grumpy today, didnt want a bar of anything:(

The result to it is cross teething:( but he had some fun during the day.

So the set up

 A sprinkler its a crazy wild one so cool, nice warm jacket for next year, a little people train and bandana, a colourful ball (yup he now has two this will be good putting two balls back together and mixing and matching them), cat trucks and A seesaw (yes its pink but that doesnt matter)

Thanks to everyone who brought Lukas a present today, sorry he wasnt more excited but i have lined them all up for him to get excited about tomorrow morning:)

Then of course you cant have a party WITHOUT cake, and yup i made this one too, banana cake under all that icing.

Lukas wanted the toy on the cake but of course he got to keep them after the cake was cut

Then it was off to bed for the party boy.

Once he woke 3 hours later there was lots more fun.

So all in all, it was a great day, considering this is the first party i have organized it turned out well, a few people couldnt make it and a few turned up that i didnt think were coming but it was so nice to see them.

Lukas went to sleep at 7,30 and was woken then wouldnt go back till 8.45pm after being rocked on the couch, Dakota went to bed at 8.30 and right to sleep no fuss, screaming or anything, happy little girl.

So proud of my big girl today, she was such a good little helper and just did as her told.

So thats 1 year down many more to go.
