Dummy Fairy

Right its time to get rid of these dummies, i have had enough of Dakota asking for a dummy all the time.

So i have made up a specail dummy fairy bag

This neat little bag, Dakota will put her dummys in tonight and will put it outside the front door.

In the morning there will be a letter and a treat from the dummy fairy.

When she goes a whole week with no dummy she will get a BIG present from the dummy fairy, who will "know" like santa does lol with a letter.

Hopefully this will work.

Crossing everything tonight as i know its going to be a LONG night.

She is tired at the moment as she hasnt had a sleep today, so maybe bedtime with binky only will be ok.

Tonights routine will go something like this
Milk
bed
Binky
Story
Tuck in
Kiss
Cuddle
Light out

Well i can update tonight.

Dakota hang up her dummy bag

Then she went to bed, for 30mins she was quiet and reading her books.

At 7.15 she started to fall asleep then noticed she didnt have a dummy and it started, screaming, tears, calling out to mummy. 

She got out 6 times i took her hand and walked her back to bed and tucked her in again.
I ended up getting the dummies and putting them in a cupboard as she kept going out to the bag for them.  While i was in there i decided to get the washing out to hang out, and i heard Dakota come out of her room into the lounge screaming and crying then it was quiet so i went and hang out the washing, waited 5 mins after i got inside before i checked her.

I went in and found this

Yup one little girl asleep, after 1.5 hours altogether she was asleep.

Will see what happens during the night, how many times she wakes etc, then i will update what she gets in the morning:)

Im so glad it only took 1.5 hours and not 5 hours
