Now THIS is YUMMY, you have to try it
Peppermint Chocolate Slice
1 pkt dark chocolate melts
1/2 pkt of white chocolate melts
(i use nestle as its GF)
3 drops of peppermint essence
4 drops of green food colouring (i didnt have any so used red lol)
Line 20cm square cake tin with baking paper or aluminium foil. melt dark chocolate melts in a lightly heated saucepan, stirring throughout melting process. ( i did it in the mircowave)
Add peppermint essence and stir. Spread half the mixture evenly over bottom of tin. Set in fridge for 5 mins. melt white chocolate melts the same way then stir in green food colouring.
Spread this over layer of dark chocolate and then regrigerate until set, Spread remaning dark choc over white/green choc and set in fridge. cut into pieces and store in fridge
