Baking Frenzy

Well today i decided to do some baking and of course cause its raining and yuck outside it warmed the house too.

Most of it was of course GF

The first i made was Choc and blueberry muffins

Now instead of the flour i used baking mix so these could be GF, first muffins i have ever made without butter and they dont taste too bad.

Then i found a recipe for Clever Cookies

Of course once again using GF baking mix instead of flour. The first batch came out pretty nice. I also for the second batch made them ALOT smaller and used a choc drop instead of jelly beans.

Then Damian wanted pinwheels so i found this Pinwheel recipe but to get the rest of the recipe i had to have a look at Sultana Scones.

These i did not make GF these are normal.  but i didnt have self rising flour and i forgot to add in baking power so i will try again tomorrow.

 So of course now it looks like im ready for a party

One good thing doing this, means i know what i can make for Dakotas 3rd birthday not that we are having a party will just a be a few friends over i think.

Next time i will bake GF one day and then the next non GF food as doing them both together is SO much to remember you have to wash your hands ALL the time to make sure you dont cross contaminant..im glad i didnt do it this time, but next time something might ditracte me and oops a small piece of flour in the GF stuff and that batch is over with...
