GF bread tasting

Well a few weeks ago Coeliac Society sent out their newsletters via email and on their was a name to email if interested in doing a taste testing for GF bread, i emailed them.
Colmar Brunton rang me about it as i was going to be doing it on Daughters behalf that had to check if this was allowed and would ring me back, last week i got a call saying yes i could come in and do the tasting on behalf of my daughter.

Well yesterday 3rd may 2011 i went for my first night to the Colmar Brunton office in Takapuna.

We were put in a room in our own booths to test 3 different 6 seed breads.
These breads we had to taste untoasted and toasted
Well i cant say too much but i can say what i thought.

The first bread i liked untoasted and toasted
The next two were GROSS without being toasted but the 2nd was ok and the 3rd was gross toasted.

Tonights one we did 3 different white GF breads
No toasting option in these ones

Again the first one i liked the first one and actually wanted to spit out the 2nd and 3rd one.

Im happy enough as i got paid to do this, which will help me get some fabrics and what not for my sewing...

This was my first taste testing with Colmar Brunton and i have been earning flybuys with them for a few years now.
