Gluten free food and Allergy show

Well i ended up going on Sunday with my mum and both kiddies, of course i had to have Dakota there or how else am i meant to know what she likes and doesnt....

Lukas fell asleep about 30min into it and we were there for almost 2 hours and he didnt wake till we got to the car and then asleep again, poor little bean.

There was SO much there im sure we missed a few stands but thats ok we spent too much anyway, at least everything we brought will be eaten at some point lol.

My cupboards are now chokka which is GREAT  and all new foods are up so kiddies cant just help themselves if they had it their way it would eaten all today.

So these are the places we actually brought from

100% nutz

All natural and has the healthy tick, these last a year once opened will be eaten before then it was yummy.

Tastes Devine 

 coatings now we can coat her chippes and other foods just like our ones

Also we can batter Dakota's fish and of course i had to try a baking mix, this makes chocolate muffins, in the try ones at the show they had put beetroot in them...mmm yummy

Lavender's Green

Lemon and lavender jelly, this was pretty nice, will be good on pancakes, and they said good with a roast or adding into meals...so will give that a go

Mrs Crimbles

I only brought the pastry and crumble mix and he threw in the pancake mix for free what a nice guy, so now i can try a pie and some crumbles:)

Healthy Food Guide

I subscribed to the mag and got a goodie bag as you can see it really was a goodie bag, lots of different things for Dakota to try and things that will be great help to us...so now i will have 12 issues coming to me for those great recipes.

The original bread company

This deal was a dont miss 6 bread for $20 so how could you say no, just made room in the freezer to fit these in...Dakota is sorted for a month or two lol

Healtheries

These guys do alot of non GF stuff too which i already buy for Lukas, but now they have GF range of things aimed at little kids...and yup Wiggles are on the packet so had to get wiggles...2 for $5 thats a great deal...these are a less strong flavour to them and also come in tomato.  I buy baking mix etc from Healtheries too

Annies Marlborough

Now because i been giving Dakota fruit bars which arent really fruit and ARENT GF i have had to go back to these, they are yummy and well yup one of each flavour that should keep us going for a few weeks cross fingers lol

Hubbards - Thank goodness

Another brand i buy already but with this deal and the cost of GF cereal this was a no brainer 3 for $10 in the shops they go for $6 +.  I got two cocoa puffs as that is what Dakota likes and got a brown rice porridge to try her on..it all fails with the porridge i havent really wasted anything and according to the guy who isnt GF eat it at home so i will have to try it out too

Orgran Natural Foods

We buy this brand sometimes not alot they do pastas etc aswell...these have been put away for a treat they do have whole fruit in them and dont taste too bad..there products are great though

Enzafoods NZ Ltd

Now the ladies were going around the show with samples for the kids to try well my kids got 4 each as the lady came round she was like aww your kids can have another if they are allowed, of course Lukas reached his arms out like he was a starving child thats when he fell asleep after the 4th one...

These were a great deal too 4 boxes for $10 i got 3 boxes of the fruit hitz and 1 box of the cool hitz which turn into ice blocks.

So thats all the places we brought from..there was SOOO many more which i dont really want to write down as that will take a long time.

So if you missed out this year i recommend going next year even if you have to travel to get to one of the shows...$10 entry isnt bad and under 5's free..the amount of things you get to taste and the deals you come away with are awesome.
