Well after walking to a friends down the road, the kids rode their bikes, we got back home, Lukas went to bed.
So i pulled out the paints the big whiteboard, gave her a paint brush and a bucket of warm water.
And let the fun begin
It started the way it was meant to
Of course she spotted the bucket, yup pants are off they got wet
Then i guess it was body painting time
She then decided to show me that her feet and hands have gone, look at the water, nice shade of paint
She found the brush and started washing the whiteboard and deck
Mum im in now
Then she gets out and says "im wet" well funny that child you were in a bucket of water, lucky it was warm water, once out it was into a nice warm shower.
Now for all the pictures i took that she had done...
handprints from body painting i held the paper up on the whiteboard and she placed her hands on the paper
2years 11mths and 1 week old
The picture she was doing before the pants came off and the body painting started and the hand prints on the deck i found when i ran inside to grab something
Once Dakota did this one she told me it was dinosaurs feet
Later on in the afternoon Alex came over for a play, and the boys wouldnt leave Dakota alone she just wanted to be alone, so i remembered a friend on facebook making up car road for her kids, so i found a big box ripped it open and drew a basic road.
WELL, i never seem so much fun had with a plain road before.
here is the road i quickly drew up
now the boys at play
Once that was over, Alex had gone home, and dinner was over and done with, Dakota and Lukas decided it needed some colour.
So a good day really, well cant complain.
