Bake it

Well it wasnt the best day today, kids have been on the go go go alllllll day.

non stop running, jumping and annoying me, i guess they want out of the house lucky we are doing that tomorrow, going out with friends to a cafe...as a big playground..YAY

So this morning i gave the kids stamps, and their stuff for colouring and drawing...and left them to it, never had a problem before...so i started baking well a little boy walked into the kitchen and had pink all over his mouth, i cleaned him up them thought hmmm, so took a photo...

Yup he was sucking on the stamps

Does he look cute in pink? yup all over his hands too. Lovely child

So i still got my baking done

Jam drops

Was not happy with those at all the recipe i was given only had butter as the wet ingredient so i added a egg which made NO difference at all..the kids are happy with them and eat them but i wont.

Then i made orange cupcakes with orange flavor butter icing

Dakota chose the colour she wanted green

Then it was time to clean up the lounge well both kids decided jumping on the table and hiding behind my washing was more fun, well no it wasnt cause it ends you up in time out.

Two very unimpressed kids...both crying and screaming casue they didnt want to be in time out...well if you did as you were told you wouldnt be there....

Finally once time out was over they cleaned up the lounge and put the toys away, dakota sat in front of the fire pulling faces and Lukas sitting next to her trying to do it too, putting his fingers in his mouth...when i got them to do it for the camera Dakota did Lukas just said cheese

Tonight for dinner was honey mustard chicken on rice..YUM YUM YUM

Funny enough they both ate all their dinner and got jelly afterwards.

Both in bed at 6.45pm and asleep by 7pm WOOHOO
