Well today Dakota has picked up a bug (good kind)
She wanted to go with Damian this morning to take Caleb to the airport so off she went.
They got to the airport and Dakota was most upset that she wasnt going on the plane but Caleb was, after Caleb was gone she was happy to watch the planes from the view point...They then went to the museum to see the dinosaurs and volcano.
Well when they got home for lunch i heard some great news, Dakota went wees 3 times while out, and one 2 of those times she actually asked to go...day 7 on toilet training..
When she got home she had some lunch which she made herself cereal with milk...then she decided to wash her bowl and dry it, so Damian filled up the sink so she could wash the dishes....
She did a pretty good job, BUT will still have to rewash them and do it again...
Then in the lounge all of a sudden she was cleaning up her tea set and putting it back into her room, then i hear the vacuum cleaner going, turned around and there Dakota is cleaning up the lounge.
it was funny as the knickers she was wearing wouldn't stay up as they are way too big for her so kept pulling down her pants too, so every time she bent over she was showing builders crack...
Did have a little accident later on was running to the toilet to go poos and well yup just a small one as she got most in the toilet..she tried really hard.
So day 7 toilet training and been in knickers every day, no nappies during the day at all and only at night time
Then i asked Damian to cut up some wood, so off he went and of course Dakota wanted to help too.
So Dakota went out and picked up the wood that daddy had cut up
Brought it inside and stacked it by the fire, in a nice fashion too
"mummy im strong"
Then Dakota showed me that she is a ballerina that is strong
Dakota then had to teach Daddy a new dance...
So all in all, its been a good day for Dakota..
