First day at preschool

Well i wrote about the kids going to preschool here

Well today was their first day and we were ready early....Kids up at 6 i had them fed, dressed and bags packed by 7 so we left at 7.45 to head to preschool which they are enrolled from 8-4 two days each a week.

So out the door we went

Dakota got her bag for her 2nd birthday so last year and Lukas was using one of my shopping bags but got upset that he couldnt be like his sister so i got him a small bag today.

We headed to Dakotas preschool first and i spoke to the teachers, Dakota got showen where the toilet was, where her bag went and where to get her name from to put on the door to say she was there...then off she went...Playing happily gave her goodbye hug and kiss then as i walked away she waved and blew a kiss.

The preschool was great they brought food for Dakota so she could have almost the same foods.

Then i headed across the road with Lukas to drop him off at his preschool and he took off like i knew he would, no worries at all...he even handed me his dummy and went and played.
I spoke with the teachers about him needing a sleep in the morning which was great.
I gave Lukas a hug and kiss and walked out the door turned around and he was waving...he was happy to be there lots of new faces and toys

I went and picked the kids up this afternoon.  Dakota was first and i got a big "mummy" and Dakota running towards me, that was nice, she showed me what she had been doing, climbing and jumping, reading and building and sooooo much more...The best thing was turning up to see her in the same clothes i took her to preschool in...she showed me the toilets and how she can use them, then grabbed her bag and off we went, she waved bye and is ready for another day tomorrow.

Dakota and I drove over to Lukas and headed in, Dakota ran to her brother to give him a big hug, Lukas looked up saw me waved and carried on building with the blocks so i sat with him for a little bit, the teachers love him and said he was a great child for settling in, no troubles at all, no tears, ate well and even better no tears...

When i said come on you two lets go now, they both headed for the door no fighting or meltdowns like i normally get when i say lets go from a fun place...hopped in the car and went to met mum for food shopping, both kids were great and enjoyed helping put the items in the trolley.

While the kids were in preschool, i got things done, headed to the post office posted parcels off, got Lukas a small bag, then i headed to bendon with a free bra voucher that mum got a few weeks ago for catching a ball at a rugby game...So i went in and tried on about 10 bras was great not having kids running around or getting restless, and i walked out with a bra worth $85 its such a neat one i can wear it with a cross at the back or like a normal bra....

Once i got home, i got dinner done so the kids could eat when we got home without having to wait for it to be cooked, then cleaned up the kitchen, then my room as it was a MESS, things everywhere, was driving me insane so everything now has a space and its all put away...i do have to go though a suitcase full of clothes to take photos and sell...then i will need to go though my clothes to see what is too big cause there is no point in keeping things that are way too big.

Tomorrow Dakota heads to preschool and Lukas and I will have a day at home, will get photos etc done of things maybe lol
