Lukas becoming 2

Well two years ago, on the 25th November 2009 at 10pm i was taken to hosptial in labour with my little man, we waited 8.5hours to meet the little man or not so little man

born at 6.41am on 26th Novmeber 2009

weighing 8lb 3oz

and 54 cms long.

Then a year ago, yup 25th November 2010 we were preparing for our baby boy to become a 1 year old, already walking by this time there was no stopping this boy.

Once again its that time again, nope not in labour and not preparing for a first birthday, this time out baby boy is turning 2, YUP 2 scary thought really, he has learnt so much already and been though so much in his short two years of life.

the list goes on and on, he has learnt so much and it doesnt stop there, he just keeps coming out with more new and exciting things.

So yup tonight we have got everything ready for his birthday for him to enjoy for the day, yup we know he wont remember it BUT photos show everything, dont they?

So a love of planes this boy had i decided to give a plane cake a go, also did some cupcakes and another cake which is GF so Dakota gets some cake too.

Also have jelly in the fridge and a roast for dinner

Then we have set up his presents, ones from us and his poppa (Damians dad), Sadly i couldnt fit the birthday present from Damians grandparents in a suitcase so its still in NZ on its way over here, so he will get a late birthday present.

Mummy, Daddy and Dakota wrapped them in shark paper fit for a boy right?

So the last time Lukas will go to sleep as a 1 year old boy

 And in the morning we will have a big 2 year old boy, all excited opening presents
