Recycled

Well i brought the kids 6 of these little juices cause they are just so easy when i want to give them a treat of juice.

Now my kids love a treat like every kid does, after the first 2 drinks we just threw the bottles out, today while Lukas brought me Dakotas empty one, i got him to put it in the bin, then i suddenly thought HOLD ON.

I got up and took the bottle out of the bin gave it a wash and filled it with water adding a little flavour to it with a mixture we have and popped in back in the fridge.

This is the mixture i have at the moment think i will be buying other flavours, dont need alot of this for a small bottle better than filling up the litre jug for it to be emptied the same day.

So the juice isnt mainly water with a bit of flavour though it and enough for it not to look like water, as they have water bottles that stay in the fridge that they drink all day long anyway, i often go to the fridge and find a empty drink bottle so have to fill that up aswell.

So with different flavours we can have lots of different juices in the fridge, might even buy another set of 6 of the first photo so i have more little juices.

The test of this was the kids didnt know that it was mainly water and they didnt see me make it up either which means they think it was a juice i just popped in the fridge from the cupboard (where i store little bottles when i have spare).

So doing this will save me filling this jug up 3-4 times a day (yes they drink a fair bit of this juice as its mainly water and it makes it taste a little better, but they still drink their water in the big bottles)...and instead i just need to wash these little bottles and fill them while they are asleep and pop back in the fridge, they will never know the different.

Yay for my brain fart thats for sure..bye bye blue container, might just keep chilled water in this for when they want a tea party outside with water and ice.
