Well on Monday we ordered a pool for xmas, well it turned up today and Damian couldnt wait another 11 days he had to open it today, opened it up and then clicked wee dont have a pump i off i went down the road to find a cheap pump, yup i found one and also came home with other things that i needed to make the kids xmas presents.
Yup on Monday i picked up a cheap sewing machine so i could get some sewing done etc while my one is on the way over...
So here is the kids enjoying the pool
They had a blast, while daddy was blowing it up and the water was filling it up, its just deep enough for them to be able to swim around the bottom, which is great this will teach them not to be scared about swimming, the best thing about this pool is Damian and I can join them too.
Then I got out that small sewing machine and made the kids last presents

Now im pretty pleased how they turned out, even though Lukas's one did put me in tears, i put the fabric around the wrong way so had to cut it open again to switch it around, this means his is a little smaller BUT it still fits the A5 book i made in it so im happy, and to be honest he isnt going to care.
They will love these, just gotta but some stickers to pop in them and wrap them up from mummy and daddy.
PS im trying not to post alot of photos at the moment as we are on dail up speed and dail up speed dont like uploading photos...

that pool looks a good idea, but wont it be a bit congested with you guys both in it.
Nope , will be lovely, we can sit at the ends while the kids swim, the whole idea is we can teach them to swim:)
