Polkadots Junior Explorer Classes

Well Polkadots sent a event around on facebook asking for Junior Explorer's

This is what the event said.

Hello Polkatotty People

Polkadots is in the process of developing a series of classes for children 3-4 years old.  Children will get to be involved in fun adventures where they will sing, dance, learn and play pokladotty style.  We are looking for 12 children and their mums/caregivers to be involved on a 10 week class.

Well of course i emailed in for Dakota to join

I got home today to find this email

We want those who are involved in this first series of 10 classes to clearly understand the following:

• This is a developmental series of classes and we will be inviting parents/caregivers to attend classes and to be actively involved in providing input and feedback.  Our aim is to have children and parents part of shaping and developing these classes.

• We ask for a commitment to the full 10 week course. We do understand that there will be unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sickness) that may affect attendance

• Only those children registered should attend.  Please make alternative arrangements for older or younger siblings during class time.

• The use of technology will be included as part of the learning process.  We will be videoing classes to create a learning record of the children in action.  Each child will receive a DVD compilation of the classes at the end.  We may also use some of this video footage for promotion of future classes.  A permission slip agreeing to this will need to be signed.  Please do not attend if you are not comfortable with this aspect.

There was more to the email but these were the main conditions to actually turn up...

So of course i sent another email saying yup Dakota will be there:)

Which means i wont put her into dancing on Thursdays, as this will be more fun:)
