What a day!!!!

Yup been one of those days really.

Dakota did sleep till 9am so in the meantime i tried getting a video of Lukas but everytime he sees the camera our he runs for it

But he will let me take photos, not sure how he knows when im doing a photo or video but somehow he does

mischief much?

Mum popped over this morning and stayed for a little while, brought be maccas for breakfast yum yum thanks mum...i was cooking up dinner for tonight and making a pumpkin soup in the slow cooker which i wont do again i will go back to making it on the stove.

So here is what the soup looked like once done and put into containers to pop in the fridge

Then the dinner i made, of course i used pumpkin instead of potato...

After mum left i got outside to cut up more wood, but the prob is this is still slighty wet so i cut it up and the kids put it by the fireplace, when i got inside they had put it where i would of put it..YAY so hoping the wood would dry, well by 5pm the fire died and i cant get it going away no matter what i do.

This is how i found it when i got inside..good kids, i have taught them well

Then Dakota wanted to cut and Lukas wanted to draw, so i pulled out the craft gear and let them go for it.

About 2pm Lukas fell asleep, wasnt too happy about that but i couldnt even wake him, he even started snoring.  He was sitting upright first then later on fell down..

I popped tv on for Dakota to watch elmo and she decided to watch it from her princess tent.

Of course i decided to make biscuits today because yesterday i saw Claire make them and i wanted some too, i just didnt ice them as my kids dont need anything else with icing on it.

So kids were in bed at 6.30pm tonight Dakota was asleep by 6.45pm and Lukas well he played up got time out twice and finally went to sleep at 7.20pm.

OOOO and my fire is going again at 7.54pm YAY me i threw in a big piece of wood and lots of paper and crossed my fingers.....

Off for a milo and fudge me thinks, i fully deserve it..

Another day tomorrow, Soccer in the morning and a trip to glenfield mall for a play on a the playground for the kids, if its sunny might end up a a park
